OOOOOOO! SCARY!
It is usually celebrated in a big festival but some people just like to keep it quiet and celebrate at home. This day is very enjoyable and very scary hope you enjoy October 31st.
Halloween is really starting to take off in Australia. My kids love it and their step-dad is from America so we celebrate it every year. I think the more people that dress up and go trick or treating the better it's a fun day. We have never carved a pumpkin but I think we might give it a go this year. Are you going to dress up?
ReplyDeleteI've heard that the carved pumpkins are also called "jack o' lanterns".
ReplyDeleteDoes anybody know why pumpkins are a big part of halloween?
